The Brief

The brief was to support Agent Armour’s long-term growth by building a clear marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness locally, and positioning them as a go-to firm for SMEs seeking supportive, modern accounting advice. This included managing social media, creating branded graphics, producing high-quality written content, supporting award submissions, and delivering a new website to reflect the scale and ambition of the business.

Our Approach

We began with a bespoke marketing strategy focused on Agent Armour’s business goals, target SME audience, and long-term growth plans. This gave clear direction on messaging, positioning and priorities, ensuring all activity worked together rather than sitting in isolation.

From there, we took ownership of their social media management across LinkedIn and Instagram. Content planning, copywriting and scheduling were handled in line with the wider strategy, balancing authority with reassurance and making complex financial topics feel more accessible.

We designed a suite of social media graphics to support consistent posting and strengthen visual recognition. Alongside this, we wrote blog content and supported award submissions, including their successful Scale Up Business of the Year nomination, helping to build external credibility and profile.

Behind the scenes, we optimised HubSpot and improved email campaigns to better support lead nurturing and client communication. We are also currently designing and building a new website, due to launch soon, to reflect Agent Armour’s growth and position them confidently alongside larger, more established firms.
